When it comes to the installation of the air pressure pipeline, a key process for ensuring optimal performance, here are the steps:
First, close the ecological air cutoff valve of the steam safety valve.Then, connect the air pressure pipeline of the punching machine to the ecological air pressure priming pipe of the steam safety valve. Use an air compressor with a pressure range of 0.2 - 0.7MPa. Note that the air pressure pipeline of the punching machine should be connected from the front of the machine, with a pipe diameter of 1/2B and a required gas pressure of 5kg/c㎡. Additionally, the distance from the air energy heat pump to the assembly location should be within 5 meters. After connection, it's essential to purge the pipeline thoroughly. Dust, sewage, or impurities in the pipeline can cause issues such as the electromagnet failing to operate properly and the cylinder rusting, which may lead to malfunctions in the punching machine. Finally, open and close the main valve and adjust the intake port.
