PRODUCT FEATURES

The whole machine adopts CNC cutting, COwelding and tempering process. The fuselage and slider are processed by CNC numerical control boring and milling machine. The gear is precision ground by German gear grinding machine. The friction parts such as crankshaft and saw tooth group are all made of alloy steel, which has undergone precision processing such as heat treatment and grinding.

 Fabricated by welding the steel plate Q235 - A.

 The welding process is mature, the groove forms and weld seams comply with the standards.

 Thermal aging treatment is adopted. After medium-temperature tempering, it is cooled in the furnace and then subjected to shot blasting treatment.

Drive Parts

The crankshaft is machined from alloy steel 40Cr through quenching and tempering followed by precision grinding.

The drive shaft is made from 42CrMo chromium-molybdenum alloy bar through quenching and tempering, rough turning, hobbing; high-frequency treatment on the tooth surface, gear grinding, keyway broaching, chamfering and other processes.

Gear

1 (38)
The hub of the large gear is made from cast steel for processing. The spokes are made from hot-rolled steel plates, which are flame cut to the required shape and size. The rim is formed by ring rolling forging, and then the two are welded into one with a V-shaped weld.

Each weld bead is welded 10 to 12 times. After welding is completed, it is annealed. After PT inspection shows no flaws in the weld bead, it is processed by vertical lathe turning, hobbing machine, gear grinding machine, chamfering machine and other processes.

Copper casting ZQSn10 - 10. It is then implanted into the relevant part and fastened with locking screws to prevent loosening. Folding is required when necessary.

Ball Head: Nitriding treatment.

Ball head connecting rod: Made of alloy steel 42CrMo, it undergoes quenching and tempering, nitriding, and precision grinding processes.

Die Cushion

The die cushion is of pneumatic type and adopts airbags from Yokohama, Japan.

There is a 10mm safety space between the upper limit of the running plate and the underside of the platen.

The ejector pin holes are provided. The diameter and distribution position of the holes shall be designed by the supplier and reviewed by the customer.

 The die cushion is guided by guide pillars made of alloy copper materials.
