The whole machine adopts CNC cutting, CO2 welding and tempering process. The fuselage and slider are processed by CNC numerical control boring and milling machine. The gear is precision ground by German gear grinding machine. The friction parts such as crankshaft and saw tooth group are all made of alloy steel, which has undergone precision processing such as heat treatment and grinding.

the groove forms and weld seams comply with the standards.
● Thermal aging treatment is adopted. After medium-temperature tempering, it is cooled in the furnace and then subjected to shot blasting treatment.

Die Cushion
● The die cushion is of pneumatic type and adopts airbags from Yokohama, Japan.
● There is a 10mm safety space
between the upper limit of the running plate and the underside of the
platen.
● The ejector pin holes are
provided. The diameter and distribution position of the holes shall be designed
by the supplier and reviewed by the customer.
● The die cushion is guided by guide pillars made of alloy copper materials.
Quality Assurance
SENSE always insists on using high-quality parts and fine craftsmanship to ensure the high quality of products. Before leaving the factory, each punch will undergo more than 100 quality assurance tests, including 72-hour of actual manufacturing in the equipment workshop. And the punching machines have undergone a strictly 24-hour punching test. Each machine is subjected to load test, voltage test, temperature rise test, accuracy test, etc.
