● The mechanism motion curve has the effect of prolonging the forming time, and the processing stays at the bottom dead center for a long time during stamping forming. Therefore, this unique slider motion curve is suitable for forging and forming complex shaped sheet metal.
● In addition to prolonging the residence time of the slider in the punching and forging processing interval close to the bottom dead point, which allows sufficient time for precision cutting, near net forming, and sheet metal punching and forging composite forming of the workpiece, the slider action is also delayed and rebounded to prevent the workpiece from producing Spring Back, which improves the formability and improves the yield of the product.
