APH Guidecolumn High-Speed Punch

● The frame is made of high-strength cast iron and features a high-precision integrated gantry structure, which prevents the opening of the machine body when under load and enables the processing of high-precision products.

● With double-axis central guidance and four guide columns providing full-length guidance throughout the whole process, excellent punching precision can be maintained even under eccentric loads, and the service life of the press can be prolonged.

● The forced lubrication and oil cooler oil supply system are adopted to minimize thermal deformation, allowing for the processing of high-precision products.

● The excellent dynamic balance device reduces vibrations, endowing the press with optimal precision and stability.

● It is specially equipped with an electric die height adjustment function, combined with a die height indicator, facilitating the adjustment of die height.

● The hydraulic slider locking system keeps the die height unchanged to ensure the requirements of products.

● The man-machine interface is controlled by a microcomputer, with a numerical and fault monitoring system. The operation is convenient as it is displayed on the screen.
