APM Closed Single Crankshaft High Precision Punch

● High rigidity: The whole body is welded to eliminate the disadvantages of angle deformation of the open press.

● High precision: Four-corner and eight-sided guide rails are used to ensure the movement accuracy of the slider, while ensuring the stability of operation and improving the ability to resist eccentric load.

● Low noise: The transmission gear adopts gear grinding technology and is immersed in a closed gear box, which can significantly reduce gear noise.

● Automation: There are large lateral openings on both sides of the fuselage, and multiple sets of electronic cam signals are reserved to facilitate the use of automation equipment.

● Safety: The friction clutch is used to make the slider stop at any position, and the double solenoid valve is used to ensure the execution of the clutch brake and the safety of the operator.
